my account has not received midnight daily lives reset I over a week. I believe it occurred after an app update. I’ve tried to inquire unsuccessfully about how to fix this issue

Before the introduction of the 200 life limit we all had a brief period of being able to receive as many lives as people sent us to a maximum of 1000. When the 200 limit was introduced we all kept all of the lives we had received even if that number was greater than 200. Next thing King introduced was the twenty life a day limit. This had the affect of slowly reducing the number of lives people had saved.
The only way to accumulate lives without purchasing is to make sure you keep asking your friends to send you lives. You also need a lot of friends.
Thank you. To be honest I’ve been playing this game for years and did not know that. I Thought the game gave everyone 20 free to start. So how did I have all previous lives in my envelope.? Only once have I made a purchase and that was when I first started playing years ago How can I accumulate without purchasing.
The 20/20 indicates how many of your saved lives you can use @Sweaver it doesn't mean you have 20 lives to use.
In your case you have no lives to use as you do not have any saved lives to transfer.
The 0/200 shows you how many lives you have stored and it is stored lives that you need in order to transfer them over to the 20/20 side of the display.
You need to ask your friends for lives just as they are asking you for lives

This is after midnight reset Says I have 20 but there are none to access I can give lives and receive lives from friends but that’s it.
Hello @Sweaver a recent change to the game changed the way the daily lives counter works. The counter used to count up from zero, but now it counts down from twenty
That is, after the change to the life counter when it resets at midnight it resets to show 20/20 and not 0/20
This means if your counter is showing 20/20 that means you can still use twenty of your stored lives.
Are you sure about this Sweaver? A recent change to the game changed the way the daily lives counter works. If your counter shows 20/20 that means you have twenty lives to use, it doesn't mean you have used twenty lives.
The daily life counter now counts down to zero as you add lives to it. That is, if your counter shows 18/20 this means you can only use two more lives. At midnight the counter resets to show 20/20.

2) A screenshot when you have used up all 20 lives and with the timer on;
3) Another screenshot after the midnight when the timer is supposed to reset!
