I was in the middle of a game and the game froze so I lost a life. This happens far too often. May need an update

If the level freezes just one time, it could be due to an issue on our device or connection. But, if the same level kept freezing multiple times/repeatedly, then, there is a possibility that the level has bug in it.
Can you please tell me which level it is? So, that I will be able to report it?

Is the freezing happening in a single level or different levels?
Version 1.262.1.1 and I play on my iPhone 15.
But why laugh. It happened 3 times and my apps are all updated and it just happened again. So how do you explain that?
My app is up to date and always up to date. Thank you very much. Even if it does freeze and crash, there is no reason a life should be lost. Bad enough the game does some slick ish anyway from time to time.

When we receive complaints about game crashing or freezing, that is what we suggest as a first step -- make sure that the game App is updated!! Since I do not know what caused for your game to freeze, please check This Link for more troubleshooting tips.
If your level kept freezing, please post back and let us know with the details of device you are using, which level you are playing, etc.,
