If you read the linked discussion you will find that at the moment there is no fix for your issue.
You can try the standard troubleshooting techniques, but I believe they don't usually work.
The standard techniques are: Clear the app cache/browser history. Check that you app is at the latest version, and update our app if it isn't. Sign out of your game, restart your device, and sign back into your game.
The only fix that does some to work is to delete your app and reinstall it. You must be aware though that if you reinstall your app you will lose all of your unused boosters.

Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

If you play on Facebook on a computer, then click on the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page here, but remember to enter the same email that you log in with on Facebook.
