I am sorry to say that I do not have any update yet, as the game team is still investigating this issue!!
But, until then, the players that using Sanoma, are suggested to play the game on Chrome browser.
I am not familiar with this new software!! Will it be possible to download the Candy Crush Saga App directly? If so, can you please try to do that and see if it works?
