I have not been receiving the "3 extra moves" from friends. Anyone else have this issue?

I send the "3 extra moves" to my friends but have not received any back. I used to get quite a few every day and just wondering if there has been a change to this bonus and if anyone else is experiencing this as well

your friends will receive the option to send you extra moves if only you have been stuck on a level for a good amount of time
