are the game errors customers' fault?

That's what I've received after asking for a refund. He only repeated saying that I should restart my phone when I actually did when I first had the game freezing issue, which I posted on the initial post that he missed. If the problem happened twice, then the issue is not the phone's fault guys.

    Hi Katie!

    Which version of the game do you have installed? I suggest you update to the latest version here: https://itunes.apple.com/en/app/candy-crush-saga/id553834731?mt=8 for iOS or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.king.candycrushsaga&hl=en for Android.

    Please also make sure you have the game connected to either Facebook or Kingdom (the orange button available if you're not connected to Facebook) - this way you will be able to recover your progress.

    If the game crashes often then please try closing down any other apps that is running in the background.

    Another option is to reboot the phone right before playing Candy Crush.

    The game was up to date.

    It was connected to FB.

    It was the only app that was running, and I always close all the other apps besides the one I'm using to save battery.

    I rebooted when it first happened.

    How are you gonna explain now? Like I said, the game error is not my fault.
