Connection issues

Question

Ever since I downloaded candy crush soda I'm no longer able to get farm hero or saga to connect.  I've update app, restarted, signed in and out,  deleted and reinstalled (bad idea it took me back to level 1), cleaned my cache data, all the things.  Im stuck.  Any other ideas

I'm using the phone app, android. I couldn't save as it would not connect to let me log in.  Every time I try to log in it pops up can not connect try later.

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

Downloading one game App should not create issues for other Apps to perform!!  Which device are you using?  Is there enough storage space on your device memory?

Before deleting & reinstalling, did you not save the game on our device?
