Today, after completing the Puzzle Run event, when it was time to claim the prizes, the game froze and the events are all gone. I tried plugging in and reconnecting but nothing. Can you help me understand why I don't have any more events? Thank you 😭

Hi @SabrinaM
Please try force close the Apps and Log in again and Play any level .

How do I know if I qualified for Puzzle Part 2? I didn't see the screen that confirmed my qualification
