I have gold bars ive earned/won but cant spend them as it requests my pin number,where could I find this out.

  Where are you getting this message Mary? In all the time that I've played I don't think I've seen anything about entering a pin for receiving rewards.

  I log in through my computer ,i try to redeem gold bars in corner and it asks for my pin number.Im very frustrated and not that savvy .
