Phone lost connection and cannot load game on laptop

I couldn't connect the games (both candy crush and soda crush) to my facebook on my phone, i updated to the latest version, and uninstalled it then reinstalled it again, still not working, so I tried to play it on my laptop, I clicked to the game, but nothing is loading (not even the orange "King" screen)

What happened????? Im at level 600 something and I dont want to loss all of them

somebody help!!!!

Thank you very much! I click the game notification on my facebook and it finally connected to my soda crush!! but now my sister have the same problem and my mum has unlimited lives.. seriously whats happening lol

No ads
Hi everyone, The last couple of days I'm not able to watch any ads (for extra moves or lives) :( did this feature disappear? I already tried re-installing the app, but after connecting the app to fb again, I lost some cassettes and still no ads :(
Frustration
why is it you’ve basically made it impossible to pass levels unless the player pays for extra moves??? This game has become a joke! I’ve played the level I’m on about 100 times and never came close to passing if??? Is this just a money grab at this point because it 100% feels that way!!!
In app purchases
Cannot make in app purchases. Works one day then goes for weeks with “cannot connect”. I’ve tried all the suggested fixes but nothing works! King is losing money. Please fix!
