In this King Community, except for Community Managers, all of us, who help out here are your co-players!! So, if you complain about an issue, all we can do is to report to the specific game Community Manager and, they can send the feedback to the game team.
But, if you send a complaint directly to the King Player Support team, they will be able to work with you to find out more details about which Ad it is, which brand, etc.,
Once a while, I do receive Ads, and I did not experience any scams!! Unless you can give us some details, I will not be able to assist you🙃
I love candy crush and I think it's wrong what you are doing to people.
That's not true literally every ad is a scam. Obviously someone isn't doing their job correctly and tbh it's not my job to make sure your ads are fake. I just think it's wrong and I'm sure alot of people are probably falling for it.

Hence, if you are experiencing an issue with the Ads, please contact the King Player Support Team and send a complaint --> https://soporto.king.com/contact. Please make sure to choose the options at "Topic" & "Subtopic" as suitable as possible!

Sorry to hear about this experience from an ad in our game.
All ads are provided by a third party company that that adjusts the ads to your web history and algorithms. The same way as you get personalized ads on some search engine sites and social media platforms.
We do filter all ads though so no inappropriate or fraudulent content will show in the game.
Therefore we would appreciate if you could report this to our Player Support HERE so they can make sure the ads from the company in question will get blocked in the game.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
