So am I. Like @WerewolfCanadian, I sent 1 msg via the "contact us" tab here and 2 emails, and the only replies I got were automated messages which send me back to the 'Help Center' and to "fellow players" in this community. Well thank you! I feel like being trapped in a vicious circle .
@QueenB could this be addressed please? This is not the first time that I am in this type of situation: you and other CM as well as moderators keep advising us to contact customer support at the last resort, but there's no one responding to our requests except a bot that sends automated messages.
The next event is the puzzle challenge part 2 everyone got an in game pop up stating it was starting on the 20th. Do you mean that event? If so, I don't think that anyone has it yet. Some players think that it will start on Monday, so we'll have to wait until then or when Queenb finds out what's happened to it.
