Still no Candy Crush Saga...this is beyond ridiculous! Where is support and why do we still have to report it day after day???
agree. They emailed me a generic response yesterday of all the steps to try which I had already reported didn’t work.
It’s also not saving the game . If my phone goes off because it’s not been used for a minute or so, instead of going back to my game it just comes up with kings and re-starts . So annoying when you buy gold bars to pass a level and got one candy to do and boom re-start and more money for bars.
It’s aggravating
I’m not getting any of the daily free gifts either. No events.
Sooo...support responded but had me doing a bunch of stuff that didn't help...still can't play Candy Crush Saga.

I only have the problem on my Mac - not on iPhone. Does anyone ever return any helpful information?
