Oh right that one isn't so bad. Unless things have changed all you have to do is close that message and your game should then work normally.

It’s shows the red connection error on mine and I did all the steps suggested and it still don’t work.
I’ve tried all the recommended fixes and nothing works.
Same here...still can't play. They need to figure out exactly what is going on!
Hello Stacy by trying all of the suggested steps do you mean that you have deleted and reinstalled your app? There is presently no known fix for the red connection error and everyone that suffers from this issue has to delete their apps and download a new one.
If you do this though you will lose all of your unused boosters and saved lives.
Hello Annie when the error message appears can you remove it by selecting the cross on the top right of the message?
Yes I can close the error message then play a game offline. But my progress isn’t saved. I can’t access events, the store, ask for or send lives.
The game has always automatically signed me in in the past on my iPhone. When I try to log in now through My Account I get the red connection error.
