I haven't received an update on this game in two weeks, and checking the Play Store says it's not compatible with device. Since when, two weeks ago??

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
