Level 4288 freezes and doesn't release the dragon when the squares below it are cleared.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a glitch with the game, and the usual troubleshooting steps did not work to resolve the issue!!
Unfortunately, I cannot report the issue till Monday as our Community In-charge team don't work over the weekends! Hence, I would request you to report to the King Player Support team.
I am assuming that you are playing the App version. So, please follow these steps --> Click on the Pink Cogwheel located in the top right corner of the game map screen -- click on ? icon -- Scroll down to "New Levels / Level Help" option under Popular Topics -- Pick one of the options (since nothing matches the issue), and scroll down all the way to "Contact Us" -- Fill the form and submit your complaint.
It might take up to 72 hours by the time you receive answer from an actual agent!

Did you try the level multiple times or just once? Some of the levels with Gummy Dragon are creating this issue!! The Candy game Studio is trying to fix the issue but, it is taking a while!!
Please try closing the App -- turning off your device -- turning it back after few minutes and reopen the level. And, the level should work fine. If not, please post back and let me know.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
