I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the Chocolate Box feature!!

Which device are you using to play the game? Did you try to clear the cache (not data) and see if it works?

You should not lose either boosters or gold bars, when the "cache" is cleared!! And, Gold Bars are saved to King server. Hence, no worries of losing those either👍️

Please do not clear the "Data"!! That is the one that will wipe out the boosters, lives and progress of the events.

But, just to be safe, before clearing the cache - please take a screenshot of your boosters and Gold Bars😉

Can you check your Google Play Store and see which version you have right now? It should be 1.263.1.1
