Classic chocolate box is stuck
Hi, my classic chocolate box is stuck at 40/40 as per attached screenshot for a few weeks. I cannot claim the prize and also when I click change task, it doesn't change to any other task. Is there a way to claim the prize or continue to get prize for other chocolate box tasks? Thanks for any comment or help.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the Chocolate Box feature!!
Which device are you using to play the game? Did you try to clear the cache (not data) and see if it works?

Hi, it's on my mobile phone. If I clear the cache, will I lose all my boosters and gold bars?

You should not lose either boosters or gold bars, when the "cache" is cleared!! And, Gold Bars are saved to King server. Hence, no worries of losing those either👍️
Please do not clear the "Data"!! That is the one that will wipe out the boosters, lives and progress of the events.
But, just to be safe, before clearing the cache - please take a screenshot of your boosters and Gold Bars😉
