πͺͺ Player Card - What is it and why is it empty?

Your very own player card! Now, not only can you access your own card, but you'll also get a glimpse into other players' profiles.
The Player Card isn't just about displaying basic details like names, levels, and pictures. It's about forging stronger connections by understanding each other's game engagement.
As a player, you'll now have the chance to see how others interact with the game, making it easier to find like-minded friends.
If you come across a player card with no available info, don't worry! This is expected during the initial rollout of the feature.
Stay tuned for the full implementation and enjoy this exciting addition to the game!
How does it work!
- Each player card includes details such as the player's name, current level, levels won in a week, picture, and the option to send/ask for lives.
- You can only access another player's card if they also have this feature. Otherwise, you'll see a message indicating that the player hasn't yet set up their card.
- Accessing your own card is simple β just head to the profile section of the game.
- To explore another player's card, click on a friend's avatar on the map or in the leaderboard.

PS! Not everyone has access to this feature but it will soon be rolled out to all players π

I have several friends who don't have a complete player profile -- yet -- so I cannot send or request lives from them. They send me lives, but I cannot reciprocate. Why?????

Thank you for the feedback . Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Hello @minnaj please have a look at the thread linked below.
I have asked @QueenB twice now if this issue should have occured on the introduction of the Player Card, but have had no answer.
Simply put the issue is being caused because some players have access to the Player Card and some don't. Those that have it can't send lives to their friends that don't have it. Those friends can still request lives though.

Player Card is a new feature that is being tested with a very small group of players and you seem to one of the lucky one who gets to try it.
It looks like the player has yet to fill in their profile details but maybe it will show up later. There also should have been a tutorial explaining how the feature works, did you ever get that?

Thank you for your response. No, I never received a tutorial and I was never asked to fill out a player card. These player profiles just started showing up about 10 days ago. Previous to that I was able to request and send lives to these players, but no more. It doesn't make any sense to have players that you can't send or request lives from, correct? They must be wondering why they're never receiving lives from me, when they're generous enough to send lives to me. I have no way of letting them know.

You hit the nail on the head with this comment @minnaj. I have seen several posts recently of players wondering why they aren't receiving lives although they send lots, and specifically from friends who always used to send them lives. @QueenB , given that indeed we have no means to communicate with other players in our games, this is a very unsweet, unfriendly situation we find ourselves in now. I am also a player with a player card now, by the way, and I didn't have a tutorial either. This needs sorting out soon, because a lot of people will be upset because they no longer receive lives and feel their friends have deserted them, and others feel they are letting long term friends down. There hasn't even been an official announcement in the discussions forum about this. It needs to be rolled out to everybody swiftly rather than endless testing.
