I have played and won a few hills but have been stuck at Groningen for a few days. It keeps saying I can't occupy more than one hill at a time but I see other players pass through. Am I held in a loop?

From what I understand if you are currently helping that hill and you are king and that you have to wait.

The problem is that I am not a king anymore. My picture is not on the top of the mountain anymore.
