Hello @SeeAnnie the red connection is more serious as there is no known fix for this issue.
Before you have to do any drastic though please make sure that you are signing in correctly. It is easy to choose the wrong option when presented with those sign up options. When you have an account and you want to sign back into your game please make sure you are using the log in with email option and not the sign up with email.
I have deleted and redownloaded and still get the red connection error.
When you reinstall the game, do you keep your gold bars? I understand the boosters get lost.
I am using an iPhone with the latest iOS. The problem started with the last iOS. I updated it hoping for a fix and nothing changed.
Hello @SeeAnnie Apple have an issue with the latest Mac update, but at the same time as they released Sonoma they also made changes to iOS 17 and iPadOS 17.
Due to the known issues caused by Sonoma the same issue more than likely applies to iOS 17.
