Good evening @jk14, thank you so much for staying in touch 🤗. Nothing back from player support, despite 3 messages, each receiving an automated reply 😠 As this is not the first time that I try to contact them to no avail, I wonder if there is any human being at the receiving end? 😅
Oh no! that's a pity that you have not had any new events in your game lately. Nothing from the "Spooky season"? I imagine that you have been through all the process of updating, clearing cache, restarting, playing 1 or 2 old levels etc... and nothing?
Mind you, some of these Halloween events are a bit of a wasted effort as they come and go without any reason, or rewards are not distributed (hummmm 🤔), or you get qualified and the final is announced but does not appear. Even more glitches than what we have experienced so far.
I'm not sure that this a comfort for you to know that, though... I sincerely hope that you will be able to enjoy the next set of events to the fullest!
By the way have you seen this Howling Halloween Global Contest here, that encompasses most of King games? That's quite fun, and it prompted me to look into other games 😎

So sorry to know that you did not receive your share of Gold Bars from "Pot of Gold" event!! I sent a heads-up to QueenB and asked what do you need to for the missing Gold Bars!!
You mentioned above that you have contacted the Player Support 3 times, right? Did you send 3 different complaints? OR were those automatic responses in the same email conversation?
Can you please clarify for me?

Dear @PummyRaj thank you for taking this issue in your hands 🙏💖 .
On the 19th, I sent a message via the "Contact us" link here as advised by QueenB and received a 1st automated reply on my mail box, which seems the normal proceeding for the Player Support team.
I answered back on the 20th with all the details of what happened, including screen shots, ID number and friendly words . I received again another automated reply, exactly the same as the 1st one, to which I responded by sending again the same mail. 3rd automated message received on the same day, replica of the other 2.
This is not the first time that this is happening to me. For the Pot of Gold in September, I did not receive the reward either. I also went through the process of contacting the Support team. Never received a reply form them except for thos automated mails.

Yes I was supposed to get the puzzle game part two but it never arrived. I’m trying not to stress too much about these events though it’s nice to earn some extra boosters.
I don’t think that I have seen the Global Contest Event but I will look for it definitely. I have started to play Diamonds Diary but don’t enjoy it much and I used to play Soda but did not save my progress 🤦♀️going off topic a bit here 😭

I've been through some of the participating games, and up till now, I do not find them as enthralling as CCS. I wonder what makes the difference as some have much better design than CCS (Friends for ex)

I agree not sure what it is about CCS 😊 I think KING knows it’s their bread and butter and they try to keep this game engaging. Not sure 🤔
