Can not ask friends to help

I am connected with Facebook. When in want to go to a next level and want to ask friends for help, the pop up apears andere tells me i am not connected with Facebook. I am stucked nog

I am having that same problem for a week now. Am connected to Facebook and uninstalled and reinstalled app. Nothing. None of the other suggestions apply and when I emailedyou for help, I get a bunch of nonsense with no answer

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?

It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Booster wheel not working - Edited by CM: Under Investigation!
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
