I am on my laptop. It's the way I have played for years. It was fixed for only 2 days over a week ago. I have only been able to play those 2 days for weeks now.

Can you please tell me your laptop make and model? Are you playing the game through App version or on browser?
When you are trying to load the game, what is happening? Do you see an Orange screen with "loading" message? Will it be possible for you to take a screenshot and post it here?

I have an HP laptop with Windows 10. The orange page will come up and then it says the page is unresponsive and I can either wait or exit page. I am playing through Facebook.
I haven't been able to connect for about 10 days now. I tried another browser and it takes me back to level 1

Are you playing the App version or on the Browser?
If you are playing on a Browser, which browser are you using? Can you switch to another browser and see if the game opens?
I had this issue for a month until 2 weeks ago!! I usually play on Edge browser, but the game was not opening and would just stay on the Orange screen!! But, I switched to Chrome and the game was opening without any issue!!
So, this trick might work for you too!! Please try it and let me know🍫🍫

Hello Stacy I don't really know much about the iOS system so I am not sure if I can help with your problem.
I have read that the iCloud can cause issues when deleting app data from iOS devices as it retains data even when a user thinks they have deleted all of the data for an app from their device.
Please try deleting the Candy Crush app again, but this time before you reinstall it please delete any app data that might be saved in the iCloud.

Another possibility is that iOS 15 is no longer supported by Apple, so this may be causing issues that I am unaware of.
As ever please be aware that deleting app data means you will lose all of your unused boosters and saved lives
Hello Kathy, normally if when you open the game and you are back at level one this means that you are not signed into your game. Please check and sign in if necessary.
Please make sure to use the 'Log in with email' option when signing back into your game and not 'Sign up with email'.
I am playing through the Facebook app. I have tried to play on several different browsers through Facebook and I get the same message that the app is unresponsive.
