The sync issue has been solved.
If your mobile device is set to automatically update apps then no further activities are required.
If you have set your mobile device to manual update then please update the app to version 1.83.0.4 from this address: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.king.candycrushsaga

If some one have issue with sync, just go to Play Market app->My apps and Games->find Candy Crush->Update manually.

I'm having some real problems with Farm Heroes and I've posted a question about this. I've also made contact via Twitter and email and no response whatsoever. I have the red x, can no longer log in and my progress on King.com is different than that on my phone. Here's a link to my situation:
What's it going to take to get some kind of a resolution? I see other people being helped but after over a week with my husband trying as well - nothing.
I'd like to proceed on my phone, make purchases, play the game as usual but I'm stuck because I can no longer log in on my phone and it shows that no connection is available (which is ridiculous because I can play other King games).
