In past 4 months I lost ALL my boosters from wheel 6 times! I play only on my Samsung tablet. I don't even have automatic update anymore since I thought it may resolve the program, but it happened yesterday again. It is so unfair, shame on you!
I've had this same issue a few times. I'm not switching devices or updating. I played last night and had something like ten hammers, and five or so of most others. This morning they were all gone. Could someone from the game please reply and let us know how to stop this from happening?
Why do you assume this is something over which King has any control? Those of us who play at king.com or on Facebook have never lost boosters so why do you not consider the possibility that it is the flakiness of your device's OS that is the problem, for example? I might have some sympathy if you had paid for the game or the boosters or it was difficult to replace what was lost.
I lost all my boosters too a week ago. I thought it was something like King "erase" them every month. But now I see this...
Hi there I used to do updates but started to lose all my boosters every time, so I made a claim one time, ever since I had auto update off until I went to play half hour ago when it updated and guess what all my boosters gone, I am so p###ed that after a year this still happens, just so u know ur not alone hun

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
