Hi all why i never see option to see video ads but my friend often have it? I play from Android (but also ipad) with Facebook account.
This is a problem, my friend get a LOT of help from video ads and me not...
How many years do they need for these tests @PummyRaj ? I know you are kind and sweet and really helpful, and have no choice but to copy what the bosses are telling you, but you do know this excuse has been repeatedly quoted for several years now? In fact I have found a post almost identical to this one in a thread from 2018! So the video ad feature has in fact been "tested" for at least five years now! I wonder what really motivates them ......It sure isn't anything about preventing glitches, as there are plenty of those around already that King don't seem at all in a rush to fix.....

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

My friend is easily completing his level with the help of ads.. video ads provide him lots of boosters and moves at the beginning and end of the game
I completely agree with you! But, if they send the feature to all players before/without testing, it will be hard to fix the glitches that occur😕
So, let's hope that we too will receive the Ads sometime soon. And, like I mentioned above, we just have to make sure that the latest update version is installed, enough storage space in the memory, and be actively playing the game! At least one or two levels a day!

I am sorry! Not all players have the facility to watch Ads, because it is a promotional feature, that is sent by the game Studio to various groups of players, for various period of times. Until the tests are done for those groups of players, the feature will not be moved to another group. And, it is not possible to know who are in the test group, as players are selected randomly by a computer system.
So, as players, all we can do is make sure that our game App is up to date, there is enough free space in our device memory and stay active in the game. When our turn comes, we too will receive the Ads👍️

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
