I have the sweet cinema option but when i click “open”, then “watch ad” nothing happens.
This has been happening for a few days whereas before it worked perfectly.
Ive:-
restarted phone
logged in/out of app
checked candy app up to date
plenty of storage space available
Ads still appear (and work) in select booster panel
Scrolling Ads sometimes appear (and work) in the MAP screen
The only real change has been my phone updating to IOS 17.1
Any ideas?
I get that the sweet cinema isn’t available to everyone, it’s just annoying that button is there, but doesn’t appear to “work”

I did have this as well in the past in my game. I think that probably there is nothing you can do about it and that there is no fault with your game or your device at all. It may just be that King have paused this feature for your account. When I couldn't access it I also still had the Sweet Cinema icon in my events for a very long time. I just ignored it in the end. You might get the feature back at some point but that is probably down to King. I would suggest just keep playing your game and then check every now and then if Sweet Cinema has come back to function.
