Why has level 1810 not been fixed?

I have read the comments from players regarding level 1810 and agree with them wholeheartedly. I also am an older player- not quite retired yet- with a very stressful job and use candy crush to relax. Timed levels are horrible for me. And this level is impossible. It must be bad if I have made through the other 1809 levels and this is the first time I have felt motivated to join King Care so I could complain. I have been trying to wait patiently for the "lucky board" that wins this game almost by itself but no luck yet. I see that Mark replied 2 months age that the problem is being worked on. Does it really take that long? Are you hoping to generate income from people who buy more time? I would have to get to at least 190,000 before I would do that (grumpily and resentfully) But the closest I have come is 140,000.

It will be fixed when it's fixed? Really? That's a relief. By the way- I was not complaining about a "bug". The level seems intentionally designed to be impossible. Is it really that hard to reset to win at 100,00 instead?Do you have any idea how difficult it is to track and fix a bug in a game as complicated as this one on many different platforms? Obviously not! It'll be fixed when it's fixed. Have a little patience for crying out loud!
