Candy Royale no gold bar

Question

I have been playing candy crush years, recently the candy Royale no more credit the gold bar to my account, my account is link to Facebook and I have tried to logout Facebook uninstall and reinstall the candy crush, the candy Royale gold bar still didn’t credit in. Any other method I can try?

There have been some glitches with the Candy Royale feature, and not receiving Gold Bars is one of those glitches!!

If you won the race but did not win your share of Gold Bars, you will have to contact the King Player Support and send a complaint about it.

I am assuming you are playing the App version as you said you have reinstalled the game.  So, please send your complaint directly from your game --> The Pink Cogwheel --> ? icon --> move down to Events --> select Candy Royale --> scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" tab --> fill the form and submit your complaint.
