My candy crush saga and jelly games keep crashing on my iPad

As soon as I start playing on either candy crush saga or jelly the game crashes on my ipad

Crush, Soda and Jelly all crash on my iPad Mini - Model ME215LL/A, IOS 9.3.5. It just started about a month ago. Prior to totally crashing as soon as I start a game it would be sporadic within a game. Also it usually takes weeks for my games to be updated.

Please note that iPad 1, iPad 2 and iPad Mini (1st generation) are not supported anymore as their processors are outdated by now.

I´m sorry for this inconvenience. However, it is possible that 3 or 4 years old devices (and older) start having problems with our apps as we always strive for improvement in our games and adapt our apps to new technology.

Rest assured that you can still play our games on PC through both Facebook and King.com, and as apps on Windows 10.

Mine also quits all the time Ipad 2. I've restarted - reloaded. So annoying.

I have same issue of my candy crush and soda crush crashing! I have an I pad 2. My pet saga or any of my other games, there are no problems playing, only these two king games, but the third king game plays fine! Really frustrating, as candy crush is my favorite game, but Dragon City is going to take its place due to crashing issues! Please help!?!

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
