As soon as I start playing on either candy crush saga or jelly the game crashes on my ipad

Please note that iPad 1, iPad 2 and iPad Mini (1st generation) are not supported anymore as their processors are outdated by now.
I´m sorry for this inconvenience. However, it is possible that 3 or 4 years old devices (and older) start having problems with our apps as we always strive for improvement in our games and adapt our apps to new technology.

Rest assured that you can still play our games on PC through both Facebook and King.com, and as apps on Windows 10.

Is anyone else’s games freezing and then crashing? The last few days my games are consistently freezing and crashing. Costing me gold bars and boosters. I have good internet service and am having the same problem using my data on my phone.
