I reach and won 1000 gold race but i did not get the 1000 gold, how is that happen?
Hello chakabelz it is not a race to win 1000 gold bars it is a race to win a share of 1000 gold bars. You can only receive 1000 gold bars if you are the only player left out of the 100 contestants at the end.
Also the double Candy Royale only runs over the weekend it appears that if you are still playing it on Monday it causes issues that results in no rewards or only a share of 500 gold.

Do have a screenshot of winning 1000 Gold Bars? If so, you can contact the King Player Support team and send them a complaint about it. You can do it directly from your game.
