Just updated candy crush on iPad & now the game doesn't even open,just crashes

    Hello everyone- Thanks for highlighting this to us. We have noticed that some of our players have been experiencing a problem opening the game since they updated their game to version 1.91. 

    We are looking into this with a top priority and we hope to have some news for you shortly. 

    If this is something that you are experiencing a problem with please could you let us know if the game crashes when you are trying to open the game or if it crashes during a level.

    Mine crashes when opening. If I then look to switch screens on the iPhone it show the last screen from Wizard Hill.

    I was in the 2000 levels and have spent alot of time and money so I refuse to start over. I too did the update for my iphone 7 yesterday (1/10/17) and now the app will not open. The orange screen comes up for not even a second and immediately closes.

    Let me roll this up for you, it's comprehensive. 1) App ran FINE until 1.91.0 update. 2) App updated from Itunes fine, but won't invoke properly 3) Those that deleted the app, and reinstalled are reporting egregious errors a) ALL their progress is lost (back to level 1) b) Their earned and purchased boosters are ALL lost (counts went to 0) #3 occurs EVEN if you have a login for CCS, information and progress is lost. That never happened when I successfully used my CCS account to continue game progress after an iPhone 5 to 6s upgrade. It sounds like you agree there is a serious problem.I had >3 YEARS of boosters accumulated. They're all gone. >400 Choc balls, etc, hammers, hands, etc. ALL GONE. I had to CREATE a facebook account just to post this. We're ALL waiting to see how you compensate us for every purchased and EARNED boosters we rightfully earned or paid for.

    It looks like the update just made available today 1/11 is working! I'm up and running again with this latest update. Didn't lose my boosters and moved on to level 2211. THANK YOU!!!
