I only use Facebook to play on my iPhone and today, made a $39.99 purchase and only received the gold bars, none of the timed boosters were received. Have logged out, shut down phone, logged back in and still nothing. This is the 2nd time this has happened and not acceptable.

I see that there is a button that said "Report a Problem" under the options! Did you try to click on that?
If so, what happened?
If you didn't, you can directly contact the Apple Support team as the purchases made on iOS devices are dealt through Apple.
