Why is it like I've won the Bash for Bars, collecting 10000 blue candies to win 40 Gold Bars but after finishing the event seems like I did not receive my 40 Gold Bars? Who has experienced the same issue?

It appears that some players have received their 40 gold bars but I have still not received mine. Although QueenB says this issue has been resolved, I havenāt received my reward. Would you investigate further please. Thank you.

I'm glad you got your issue resolved. I haven't received this in my game, and I've been checking regularly. My emails keep being returned with canned "need any help" replies and I feel like I'm just getting nowhere.. š«

Can you suggest how else I can make my issue be known? Because I just received that same response again for a third time!!! Why do I keep on receiving these canned responses when I've got straight to the point; "I didn't receive my reward from the Bash for Bars event". It's beyond frustrating!! š”
Just to add that I've noticed that some players already received a gold bar gift in their game. As of now, I HAVEN'T received this on my game. I just feel like I'm being ignored.. š

I'm not getting anywhere with support. This is the only response that I'm getting. Twice now I've received this. I already responded "above the line", I just received this canned response again. What can I do? I'm missing 40 gold bars and I feel as though I can't get through to anyone. š”
I followed instructions on how to report the problem to support and got a canned response leading me to this community and the Help Center. It's not the first time that I've had this as a response. I've replied again, I hope I can get through to someone this time..
That's alright as we have received similar reports and we have identified and issue with the Bash for Bars feature which is having some issues.
This has been reported and the team behind this feature are already looking into this.

Hello, unfortunately no screenshot as once I clicked on claim 40 gold bars everything disappeared and did not receive any bars. However, at the same time apparently I did receive a three year badge. Sorry I canāt give you any more information but there were definitely gold bars available. Thanks in advance for your help.

Yep, same thing just happened to me. My reward was 25 gold bars as I only had to collect 4000 blue candies. I've got screenshots showing my gold bars total before and after claiming the reward, logged out of the game and restarted my PC. Nothing!!!!
