That's alright as we have received similar reports and we have identified and issue with the Bash for Bars feature which is having some issues.
This has been reported and the team behind this feature are already looking into this.

I followed instructions on how to report the problem to support and got a canned response leading me to this community and the Help Center. It's not the first time that I've had this as a response. I've replied again, I hope I can get through to someone this time..
I'm not getting anywhere with support. This is the only response that I'm getting. Twice now I've received this. I already responded "above the line", I just received this canned response again. What can I do? I'm missing 40 gold bars and I feel as though I can't get through to anyone. π‘
Can you suggest how else I can make my issue be known? Because I just received that same response again for a third time!!! Why do I keep on receiving these canned responses when I've got straight to the point; "I didn't receive my reward from the Bash for Bars event". It's beyond frustrating!! π‘
Just to add that I've noticed that some players already received a gold bar gift in their game. As of now, I HAVEN'T received this on my game. I just feel like I'm being ignored.. π
You will be the first to know if I've received anything, as I'll be writing on this thread again. But as of now, I've received NOTHING. π

I'm glad you got your issue resolved. I haven't received this in my game, and I've been checking regularly. My emails keep being returned with canned "need any help" replies and I feel like I'm just getting nowhere.. π«

It appears that some players have received their 40 gold bars but I have still not received mine. Although QueenB says this issue has been resolved, I havenβt received my reward. Would you investigate further please. Thank you.
so its been more than a day now. Has this got sorted or will it still take time.
