How to get back Advertising ads

Surviving from two months or so I've not seeing any ads during playing candy crush saga I don't know what's wrong with my app emailed and tried allow ads but still not getting. ads are very useful they give us rewards while playing game, I'm sad don't know what to do,.

Hi there @SyedWaqasAli I am sorry but there really isn't anything you can do. I know this game can well be played without adverts because I have always played without. You might like to read about other players with your problem and the official answer they get from the moderators in this thread:

That is correct that you aren’t getting ads because you bought something with real money but it is not true that you will never get them back.
Some people reported they got it back after waiting a long time without buying anything with real money.
All you can do is just wait and don’t buy anything with real money, and eventually you will get the ads back. How long you have to wait though is just random I think. It could be days,weeks, or even months.
If you keep buying stuff with real money, you will never get them back.

I guess I bought with the real money about two or three months ago but still waiting for ads after that I never bought anything with the real money. I've send many emails about this problem but every time support team saying that they can't do anything they can only do is to report about this matter towards studio.

Yikes, that is a long time. But nothing you can do unfortunately, you just have to hope that it comes back and maybe it will.
King treating their players differently is nothing new. Also sending support emails to king will get you generic responses like you mentioned. They don’t really help their players and will never admit to players losing ads after purchasing something with real money even though that is definitely what is going on. They will just give the usual, it’s a “test” feature and not all players will have it even though it’s been a “test” feature for how many years now.
