"Report player" screen

I am playing on a PC, Windows 10 on a downloaded CC Saga game. This morning, it asked me to agree to new policy changes, etc. Then, a screen popped up (with the game behind it) that states "Is this player's profile inappropriate? Tap the button below to report it". Button that says "Report" won't let me exit out of it. I hit the button finally; a web page opens; it states, "Offending user not found". I uninstalled and reinstalled the game finally, but new download has the same thing. It is unplayable in this state. Anybody??

Same issue after agreeing to new terms. Only using on PC Windows 10.

I reported the problem too and I still don't know how to solve it. Any ideas?

I don't think we are able to do anything as a player. I've uninstalled the game, reininstalled it, cleared my cookies from my browser, cleared the flash cache.....tried everything and nothing works. It's an issue that that King support has to fix on their end.

Having the same problem as others above, also, don't know where this Emogee came from. It's not the pic on my game. So far no problem with Soda Saga or Jelly Saga, Knock on Wood.

Still same issue today. Unfortunately uninstalled before reading these posts Sure we will lose all our boosters if they ever get this fixed.

I'm having the SAME issue! It began yesterday after agreeing to the new security info. I'm on a PC using windows 10. I also have the game installed on a tablet using Android which is unaffected.

Same issue. It seems to happen when you try to sign in using your FB ID. But works if you play through FB. A response of some kind from tech support would be greatly appreciated!

Just Windows 10, Android is fine and my Windows 10 machine inside my Facebook account is also fine.

John, my game account isn't linked via FB (it's email/pass) so it must affect both type of accounts.

Win 10 App Ver 1.970.8.0 still not working?!! All other platforms I tried (iOS, Chrome Browser) do.

Seems to be an issue with linking with facebook account.

C'mon, why you can't simply dissable this feature and send updated app to the Store for us? Then you will have time for solution and we can play the game on Win 10 ...

Ish - I am playing on Windows 10 too and since this last update it has been terribly slow (it wasn't before the TOS and Consent Agreements popups came). I reinstalled hoping it would fix that issue and then got the report a player popup. After awhile I finally got rid of that, but really slow.

that is not a fix that is a workaround. It might work but the main problem, the app in windows 10 not working, still exists.

I'm the original poster. This doesn't help at all for my question since my problem has nothing to do with Android. It's a downloaded game from the App Store onto my PC, not a phone, not a laptop, not a tablet - it's a good old-fashioned computer with a tower. I never sign in to Facebook to play. I don't want to; that's why I have it on my PC. Thank you for helping those with Android games, though.

This is ridiculous, taking forever. You will notice in the background that we will all have lost our boosters.

Started working today, but after reinstalling all my boosters are gone. Figure King Care owes me hundreds of dollars. What do you say, Johnny? Or does King really not care.
