Updated iPhone to iOS 17 and my progress on candy crush saga has gone back to level 1 ?

I reached out to King Support but I never got a response back. I emailed them and filled out the form a few different times.
Is there anything else I can do?

I recently updated my iPhone 14 Pro to iOS 17.2 and now Candy Crush isn’t working. It won’t load. It’s just frozen. What should I do? Is anyone else having this issue. I have a King account & logged in.

Is your game back to normal and the progress back? If not, please contact the King Player Support team to restore your game progress. It will be better if you can send the complaint through your game. Here are the steps ⬇️
You will be receiving an automated email, which is like an acknowledgement to tell you that they have received your complaint. If you don't hear back from anybody even after that, please post back here and let me know.

I clicked on the app on my phone and it asked. Be to log in via Facebook so I did and it asked me my date of birth like I was a new player, then it took me to level 1 ??
