That is a real head scratcher @Peter_Tornaros. I can think of no good reason for the Candy Necklace not to appear on every level that you play if you haven't lost it.
The only thing I can think of that is known to stop a Necklace is the levels that do not allow boosters and 'do not affect your Win Streak'. Obviously this doesn't apply in your case, but it is proof that there is a game mechanic that can temporarily disable someone's Necklace.
Have you read if the same issue occurs to anyone else at the end of the map?

Today, it was only the first level and it was just a normal level. The necklace reappears and is "full".

Peter, I have had this to happen many times in the past for no apparent reason, but not very often lately. I know my Candy Necklace disappeared November 17th but it was the beginning of the new levels for that week and did not count against your Win Streak. Not going to start the new levels today, so we will see.

I am so sorry to hear that Peter!! I did not realize that players have been experiencing glitch with Win Streak too!!! To give you the straight reply, we do not have any news about the fix!!
While writing, I checked your comments in previous page, and it seems that the glitch started yesterday, in your game, right?
I don't think that the "event hiding" glitch and "losing Win streak" glitch are related!! But, let's see!!
Even-though you have tagged QueenB, I too will report about it👍️

@PummyRaj The glitch has been there for months. Quite a few players have complained about it on different threads.

This happened a couple of days ago also. I lost some rewards of my daily wheel as it claimed I didn't log in, but itcwasnt there.
The same thing has happened today.
This is for candy crush.

Are you seeing only the spin wheel and nothing else? If so, no worries! It is just a glitch and with a small trick, all your events will be back in your game.
Please follow this --> replay an old level -- win or lose does not matter -- go back to map screen -- open the events folder and you will see that all the events that are available for you are there!
You might have to follow these steps every day, when you open the game for the first time of the day!!
If you have further questions, please reply back by typing in the blank box given below 🍫🍫
