Can't Ask for More Lives from CCS Friends!!!

I've tried the tips here but still can't ask for lives from CCS Friends. It's been like this for several weeks.
I just WASTED 20 mins of Boosters because I can't ask and rarely do people send me lives without asking.
VERY frustrating. I'm at Level 1210 and this is the first time this has happened.
I feel like I'm getting ripped off!
Attached is a screenshot in case no one believes me!!!

I am sorry to hear that you are not receiving lives into your game!!
You said you cannot ask for lives!! Why is that? What is happening when you ask for lives? Can you explain a little bit?
Did you make sure that your friends in "Friends" tab are all playing and not inactive?

Hi @PummyRaj I think if you look at @Miss_Penny's screenshot it is fair to say that due to the life requests at least some of her friends are active.

@Miss_Penny due to the removal of the level ranking Send Lives button there are currently only two ways of asking your friends for lives.
You can click on the heart symbol and then select ask friends.
You can also click on your in-game avatar and then select the Friends tab.
Once you have opened the Friends tab you will see a list of your friends.
Select a friend from the list one by one and you can then send or ask for a life.

I am on level 1230 in Candy Crush Saga. Over a month ago the "Ask for more lives" button disappeared. Per your instructions I uninstalled CCS, restarted my phone, and reinstalled CCS. The selection is still not there (please see screenshot)!
I have lost boosters and money because I couldn't ask for lives and I know i have hundreds of friends!
Also I have HUNDREDS of CCS friends! I used to get sent so many lives that I couldn't accept any more.
Any help to fix this is appreciated.

Please see the screenshot that I sent you, that I evidently need to send again. It speaks for itself. I am on level 1230. I have hundreds of Friends and was always sent more than i needed. The selection isn't even there!!!
I have spent money on Boosters that was WASTED because I couldn't accept more lives and 5 more lives cost 19 GOLD BARS!!!

Hello @Miss_Penny your screenshot doesn't show the right area of the game for requesting lives.
To ask for lives click on your heart
Then click on Ask Friends
Then click Ask For Lives
