New levels for Kindle Fire?

I typically play Candy Crush on a Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 (3rd generation). I completed level 2465 last week. I expected new levels on Wednesday (as I usually receive each week), but I did not get new level on 5/10/17. The Kindle says my Candy Crush app is updated.

When will I get new levels? My Facebook user ID is: 1051599718

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. I asked this same question two weeks ago - and I still have not received new levels. Are you electing not to support Kindle anymore?

Thank you for contacting King Care! You should have received new levels today, there may have been a delay in levels for the Kindle Fire due to the transitioning into the HTML5.

I have not received the new levels as of yet. I restarted my device, checked app updates (none), and signed out of Facebook and signed in again. Any other suggestions?

Black blobs on Candy Crush & Alpha Betty...screen just flickers
Finally got rid of black blobs on Candy Crush, but have now appeared on Alpha Betty. Screen just flickers on Candy Crush. What is the problem? Why is King not publicly addressing these VERY WIDE spread issues, and why is it taking so long to fix? All issues started after recent updates. Android phone... I miss my games!!!
