Candy Crush won't download on iPad Pro. It always goes back to the home screen. It is okay on my iPad Air and iPhone 6s Plus. Anyone else have this problem?
Hi Mamala- If you have your progress saved to Facebook then you can log in again and your progress will be there. However free Boosters and items are saved directly to your device (Boosters are not transferable between devices) this means that uninstalling the game will cause you to lose your boosters. If these items are bought they create a transaction on our servers and can be restored after re-installation.

Hi Cezdiamond. Is there some way that King can save and return all of my boosters and lives to me if I have to delete the game and download again just to be able to play it again on my iPad Pro?
Hi Cezdiamond. I am actually on Level 2511 so I have been playing it for a long time. I am up to date on the iOS on all my devices. I have been playing it mainly on my iPad Pro but all of a sudden it quit loading on that device so I play it on my iPhone 6s Plus and my iPad Air. It starts to download and then goes to the home page. I don't want to delete the game because I will lose all of my boosters and massive lives that I've accumulated. Candy Crush is the only problem app on my iPad Pro.

Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
