Ooooohhh my friend.... So sorry to read that. It was really a bad occurrence the server problem right on that day of the qualifiers finish.... and many players do not know where they stand following competitions.
Check this advice from @pretty_bubbles if you have not tried it

CCSS seems to be more generous with players than CCS, and from what I have seen lately on the forum, , this seems also true for players with each others.
I'm glad you managed to finish up the quests. I found them quite tiresome, maybe because this is the second game of this type in 2 days... I'm sure that for you , after the Candy Cup, it was an easy peasy task π

Hi,CCSS has a booster that is not for sale, the Supersonic Lollipop. After joining the team, you can get 2-3 after baking 45-50 cake levels. Its effect is to eliminate the entire screen 7 times. You can almost pass the level with one,so the difficulty is lower than CCS.
An active team is very important. Have you joined?

I noticed that there is one which can be very helpful that you do not participate in, this one β¬οΈ
You just enter as a comment the reaction you wish (helpful sweet love haha) from the following player. You are allowed to post twice in a row (for once!.... which means 4 in a row for Amoon π). This helps you boost your reaction box and get more reaction badges.
