New levels are released weekly and every Tuesdays in Candy Crush Saga, and the Levels Designers want your feedback to make the game even sweeter.

p.s. Too many timed boosters given for rewards. Too many Holiday Quests/Collections require passing new levels... ʕ≧ᴥ≦ʔ Just Saying!

This is totally unacceptable @QueenB, @PummyRaj and I would appreciate at least the courtesy of an answer.
Yesterday, I started the new levels and for the first level, my Candy Necklace was missing. It returned after completing the first level.
Today, when I resumed playing my Candy Necklace was there, but disappeared after 1 level and has not returned. These are starting boosters I have earned and, to me, have been removed illegally.
I respectfully request that this unprofessional removal be investigated and that I be given a reason for it. Also I should be reimbursed for my loss.

Happened again, this morning @Boybinary. Candy Necklace returned after playing 1 level this time. Came back after 4 levels yesterday.
They can't even get consistency in their glitches 😅😅

I am working on the 60 new levels for this week. Was plesantly surprised because I started early today and on a Monday, usually wait till later in the day.
Trying things a little different and to my surprise, everything is working great and on a Monday!
p.s. Holiday events both confusing and fun...

Hey @Scooterpie nice to see you and @Peter_Tornaros still holding down the fort! I have been staying three weeks back in order to get some gold from episode and candy royale and then they posted this so I finished all the levels and wait for it, Nothing!!! Haha silly me for thinking otherwise!!! Hope you both have a happy holiday season, not sure if I am going to go back to three weeks behind or?🤷♂️🙃🎅🎄

It always continues where I left off, but virtually happens every week.
And surprise, surprise, nobody has had the courtesy to even acknowledge my complaint 😡
