I was at level 350 when i reset my phone. I was not connected to facebook. How can i get my game progress back? Game ID - 5988345281
In our Kingdom there are players from all over the world and from all walks of life. You might be a new to the game or you have been conquering tricky levels for years.
One thing however is for sure: You do not want to lose your levels.
Whether you would drop your phone in the bath or fancy changing hardware, rest assured King has your game progress safe and sound. That is if you have the game saved either through your Facebook or Kingdom account.
The option on saving the game through Facebook is presented right away when you open your game app. It's very simple, just be sure to connect the game to the correct Facebook account!
If rather play connected to Kingdom, you can find the option from the in-game settings.
Now you might come across issues with retrieving your saved levels. Either on a new device or on your current one. As there are different device types, there are different tips and tricks to get you back on track.
Select this option if you are playing on an Android device
Select this option if you are playing on an Apple device
If you're moving onto a new device make sure to check out our tips here on how to do it successfully.
If you have not saved the game, unfortunately it won't be recorded on our servers which means we can't bring the lost top scores back to you.
What we suggest is that you connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom now, play a level and make your way to us through here and we'll try to help you out the best we can. Please be sure to select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save"

Hi, I have also lost all my levels when I have a new iPhone, and I logged in my Facebook. After I logged out Facebook, the level still cannot restore. I played as guest only, and I had lost my old devices....

I have been playing, on Facebook, for a few years. I just installed the Windows 10 app. The app correctly shows my current level as 2855 and the number of gold bars is correct. My problem is, that on Facebook, I have an extremely large collection of boosters. It does not show up on the windows app. What do I have to do to be able to use my boosters in the Windows app?

I have lost all my progress on candy crush while using my desktop. I had reached level 343 and my computer went on and off 2-3 times and I lost all game progress. I do not use this on mobile or any other device. Can you please help

I have the same issue.. not registered by email and have lost my progress from about 1485 when I sync with Facebook it takes me back to level 1. ☹️

@Cezdiamond I have this problem too! Please send me a message I lost all my progress and i wasn't using an email. I tried backing my progress up by logging into Facebook but got moved back from level 700+ to level 65! Please help.
Having a similar problem. Was at level ~296, had 126 gold bars. Got a new phone no gold bars or bonus candies. I was not logged in with Facebook or via email. Can you help?
I'm thinking there must be no way to correct this. I never received a response and nobody ever wrote here to say they did or did not get their level restored. I just gave up jelly. Luckily I was connected to facebook for candy crush. It would no longer open on Windows 10 so I downloaded an android emulator (amiduos) so I can still play on my pc.

Hi, can you help me restore my levels too? I synced before I had to delete the game my iPhone 6s. Reinstalled last night, synced to FB, and it is back to level 1. I tried the enter email, it couldn't find any of my email.

I did not have an account before, but just signed up for one and also connected to Facebook, but the games start at level 1 both on my new phone and Facebook. On my old phone, I am on level 1095 on Saga and level 746 on Soda. Please let me know how to sync to these levels on my new phone (Samsung Note 8 - Android- old phone was Samsung Galaxy S5).
I am hoping for help with this too! I synced with FB and had no problems with reloading all my levels with Candy Crush Soda and Candy Crush Jelly, but my original Candy Crush app sync from FB only restored me to level 35. I was somewhere in the 1800s!!
