My photo changed to the ugly troll avatar 😂 so that means definitely connection/ network issues. I even updated my software but it did not help. I will just wait, it usually sorts out itself once I know I have installed latest updates on my phone 🤞 I would check your phone software is up to date just in case, mine keeps asking for new updates all the time …
