Lost gold bars and candies / fish etc on Candy Crush Saga

Question

Yesterday I had loads of candies boosters and gold bars and today they have all dissappeared, can anyone help me

Hi Helen,

Are you playing the game through Facebook?  If so, at least your levels get saved.  Unfortunately sometimes when you play the game on a mobile device the boosters disappear.

The boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost.

For this reason we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.  I can elevate your issue to a King Admin for the gold bars.  You should get a private message here on King Care.

I play Soda Saga as well and haven't lost bars and boosters on there. Definitely wont be spending money on gold bars again !!

Hi Elsa, sorry I don't know how to reply. I play the game on my laptop and not through facebook . I bought gold bars yesterday and did use some so that was a waste of money !!!  I would think that I had 10 plus of all the boosters...fed up now . Helen
