I am sorry! Need a bit of clarification...
Were you playing the "Candy Royale"? So, when you were about to play level 32, the board appeared as "oops"?
Are you on Adventure Path? I do not have that feature yet! Hence, not familiar with it!!
Were you brought back to the regular map or stayed on Adventure path, but lost the Candy Royale race?
Can you please reply back by typing in the blank box given below?

Yes, the latter! I was on the adventure path working towards Candy Royale Race, using credits and getting closer. I started the round, and there were no moves. It auto refreshed like it does, switching the candies around, and there were still no moves, it said "oops" and forced me to quit.
