Need to get my lost data back from 1st feb.
Have lost my levels status on candy crush saga and soda since changing my I pad on 1st February. Data was taken from my iPhone but the levels on I phone were much lower on that. You have got me on 31 on saga also it is much lower on soda. My level on saga should be 1166 but unfortunately can’t remember level on soda but do know it was higher.

Hi June, have you been playing the game through Facebook because they save your progress. If you don't play through Facebook the levels aren't saved. What I can do is to try to elevate your issue to a King Admin and maybe she can write you privately here.

My levels were saved to 31st January because they were saved by me on saga and soda, yes I am on Facebook. Thank you for your response.

Since my last reply I can now give you my levels on 31st January it was 1642 on saga and 1166 on soda. Now you will understand surely that I do not wish to go back to the levels you now have me on 31 saga and 1111?? 8think soda.‘Hi June- Please create a Kingdom or Facebook account and then reply here. Cezdiamond. Don’t think you got my answer. I am a member of Facebook and King. I am hopefully hoping that this will help you resolve my and restore my levels on saga and sod as I am so missing playing. Fingers crossed.
