No one solves the problem😠
I have just sent a complaint about not receiving my 25 gold bars from winning the race .. pleaseee give me my bars :(
Exactly the same as last time. In the game Pot of Gold the bars aren't given.
I don't understand why i have to claim something I've earned and they should give me

You must be talking about the initial email you have received as soon as you sent your complaint! If so, that is an automated email that every player receives after sending their complaint.
We have to wait up to 72 hours and if you did not hear from a real agent, please send a reply through that automated email itself (there will be a designated area that tells us “reply above this line”). Write your reply there and inform them that you are still waiting to be helped.
Contacting Player Support Team is a bit of a lengthy process, but the job gets done. We just have to be patient and persistent 👍

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your share of Gold Bars from "Pot of Gold" event!! Please send a complaint to King Player Support team by following below steps...
1) If you are playing on computer Facebook browser, please use this link to send you complaint by filling the form --> https://soporto.king.com/contact
2) If you are on a mobile device or the App version on Windows10/11, follow these steps --> click on the Pink Cogwheel on game map screen -- click on ? icon -- scroll down to Events -- See if you can find "Pot of Gold" event, if so, click on that -- scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us" -- fill up the form and submit your complaint.
NOTE: If you did not find "Pot of Gold", click on any other suitable option and follow rest of the steps.
